If you’ve ever had a successful weight loss attempt, how was your mood at the beginning of it? Did you start a diet/exercise routine out of depression and disgust, or were you pumped up by the thought of your new lifestyle?
Right now I’m down in the dumps about the whole weight loss thing and tomorrow am starting yet another exercise routine out of necessity (health). I’ve about had it with dieting and trying to eat healthily. I see no light at the end of the tunnel.
Have you ever felt like that and ended up succeeding after all?
Does medicare and medi-cal insurance cover any weight loss surgery or programs?

I need some meal plans/recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner that aren’t too expensive and not too complicated to make. I plan on combining these together during the day for a healthy weight loss plan. When it comes to meat, I only eat poultry, fish fillets and calamari. If you could please help me out, I’d greatly appreciate it!

Im an 18 year old female, 125 lbs, but very short for my age. My healthy weight range for my height is anywhere from 105-130 lbs and i’d really like to loose 10 to 15 lbs in the next month or so, because 110 lbs is actually my normal weight.
I’ve been exercising (30 mins cardio a day) but cravings and eating out have stopped me from losing weight.
I’ve been looking into Slimfast shakes but does anyone know any great effective weight loss aids that are healthy and will help me lose weight fast along with moderate exercise??

There are many free risk trials on the internet promoting an Acai Berry weight loss supplement. I have researched the ingredients but have not found anything stating that one works better than the others. It would be less stressful for me to go the a nutrition store and buy it in person rather than to place an order online and haveing to wait for the delivery, not including what they charge me if I don’t cancel the free trial (about $80).
